Yeah, I've read the Memoirs of Billy Shears, it's fascinating. He says the lyrics of 'Won't Get Fooled Again' are about Tavistock's social engineering.

One main line 'they decide' (the men of Tavistock) and the shotgun (the bands) sing the song. Probably write (men of Tavistock) a lot of the songs as well.
