I originally wrote this letter to a family member when she was diagnosed with cancer. While everyone was giving her their condolences, I sought to make myself useful and do this instead. I am sharing it with you because someone posted "Today I learned No One Gives a Shit" which I believe to be false. Do not let the media demoralize you. There are still plenty of good men and women out there. References included.
Autophagy The mechanism for preventing cancer is built into our body. Autophagy is the process of recycling old and defective tissues for food sources while fasting. There are support communities for fasting online. Although these communities often fail to realize that the discomfort of fasting can be mitigated with a low-carb diet which I explain below. It is also worth noting that fasting does not need to be long-term. Simply waiting 16 – 24 hours before a meal is enough to lower insulin levels. The news/media/Hollywood/food/medical industry will never make any mention of this.

“Eat small meals throughout the day to keep your metabolism up” This is media nonsense. Early man survived as a hunter gatherer. Food was scarce. Our ancestors could go long hours without food while tracking down a kill. It is suggested that we do best on ruminant animals (Grass-Grazers like cattle and sheep) as they are large, roam in packs, and are big enough to feed entire tribes. The media has successfully convinced us to eat all day long so we’re constantly buying snacks, eating more, and dependent on the insulin they sell us when we inevitably develop diabetes. Keeping insulin hormone elevated all day long is an absolute recipe for disaster.

Insulin Cancer growth is dependent on the hormone insulin. Insulin is a growth hormone. (Gee, wonder why Google doesn’t tell us that!) When insulin hormone is raised, we store bodyfat. When insulin levels fall, we enter a fasted state and burn glycogen/stored body fat.
Dr Jason Fung explains the function of insulin in his book “The Obesity Code” as an On/Off switch for fat storage. When we eat, insulin spikes and slowly falls back down. When we eat foods high in sugar/carbs, insulin is spiked much higher and takes longer to fall back down to fasted levels. Over years of chronically high insulin, the body becomes resistant to the effects of insulin resulting in a need for more and more insulin each time a person eats. Eventually, the pancreas is unable to produce the required amount of insulin after eating resulting in destruction of bodily tissues. This is known as Type II Diabetes.
The cure for Diabetes is to keep insulin levels low by fasting and abstaining from sugary/starchy foods. Overtime, this reverses the effect meaning Type II Diabetes is CURABLE. But the doctors and pharmaceutical companies make more money producing and sell us insulin which only serves to alleviate the symptoms and make the disease worse. Interestingly, doctors were able to induce the effects of insulin-resistance and pre-diabetic conditions in young people during an experiment where they were all injected with insulin multiple times per day for six weeks. Likewise, despite all being put on low-calorie diets, subjects in another study gained weight when being injected with insulin over the course of several weeks.
Steve Jobs died because he was juice-fasting, consuming sugar as his only source of nutrition – literally feeding his pancreatic cancer. This is not fasting. A woman diagnosed with stomach cancer was told she would be dead in a few months. She fasted for over six months consuming only electrolytes and water and cured her cancer.

A Walk to Remember This is Hollywood propaganda to convince people to cope with cancer as an incurable disease rather than question it. We need to remember that this is the same elite pedophile cult currently convincing the nation of little boys to dress like woman and wear makeup. (And it’s working successfully) Of course, the media shrouds this agenda behind a veil of equal rights for transgenders – despite gender dysphoria only afflicting less than 1% of the population. That’s the only way they can shove it in our faces every day until it eventually every innocent child is wearing makeup and dressing like the opposite sex. This is a telling sign of the power of propaganda. The same group can convince the world to shut down because of a bad cold/flu.
Sunlight The news media (All owned by the same people) did a fantastic job convincing us all that sunlight causes cancer. Studies show people who were exposed to more sunlight lived much longer than those who did not. UVB exposure provides the body with vitamin D and nitric oxides. These chemicals have many uses in the body. Interestingly, while high levels of sun exposure were linked to skin cancer, it is important to note that it was not linked to Melanoma which is the deadly form of skin cancer. It was only ever linked to topical/superficial forms of cancer which can be easily treated. Studies found people who were sunburnt throughout their lives lived significantly longer than those who avoided the sun. Studies also found people living in the southern United States had a 50% reduction in their chance to develop cancer. People with darker skin require more sunlight exposure for optimal health. Nearly 200 years ago, a Polish scientist found children born in Warsaw were developing rickets, a bone disease, while children in the Polish countryside were not. When he had suggested sun exposure to resolve the issue, they were able to cure the bone disease. To me, this shows how vital sunlight is to human health. Something to keep in mind especially since, in the last 100 years, we’ve gone from agrarian societies to industrial ones – spending so much time working indoors hidden from sunlight.

Iodine Not only has the soil become depleted of iodine, but other halogens in the food and water supply have the power to displace the iodine in our bodies. Chlorine and Fluorine in the tap water disrupts iodine. Flours are often treated using bromine. (Another reason to limit intake of refined carbohydrates) Studies showed Japan had the lowest occurrence of breast cancer. This is attributed to their diet rich in seafood, a great source for iodine. I infrequently take an iodine supplement which is powdered kelp.

Movement In our bodies, the lymphatic system does not have a central heart to pump the fluids. Lymph fluid is moved by muscular movement. The lymph system is like the sewage/waste system for our bodies and if we do not stay active, our health begins to deteriorate.

Beef In a sample of 500,000 people over the course of many years, a doctor studied the effects of food on patients. Of all those people, he found people were the least-reactive to beef. Meaning while a lot of foods that we eat trigger inflammation, beef was the least likely to do so. Inflammation is arguably the cause for most, if not all diseases. Beef is a very filling food with all the nutrition required for health. It is also satisfying while having almost no impact on blood glucose and a minimal effect on insulin (Compared to other foods) The result is insulin is able to drop back down to a fasted state resulting in weight loss, autophagy, and less hunger. Without the constant blood-sugar and insulin spikes caused by refined carbohydrates, our appetites begin to normalize, and we’ll soon find we can go very long hours without food.

Vegetable Oils The industrial machinery required to extract oil from seeds in bulk quantity was invented around 1900. Prior to 1900, the fat-intake in the human diet came primarily from animal sources. The same media would have us convinced that human health is dependent on processed seed oils and that saturated fats (The fats humanity ate throughout its entire existence through hunting) is bad for us. It is a massive lie. No caveman would approach a field of soybeans and spend the time extracting the oil from thousands of seeds without the aid of modern machinery. It is insane how many people suffer from depression and turn to powerfully addictive pharmaceuticals instead of considering they’ve been eating garbage foods of what have only existed for less than 100 years. Brain chemistry is affected by diet. Garbage in garbage out.

Cholesterol Dietary cholesterol should not be confused with HDL and LDL which are proteins. The Low-Density Lipoproteins are created through inflammation and deterioration of the high-density lipoproteins. Inflammation is caused by poor diet. It is also worth noting that the blood levels for cholesterol and proteins can change greatly throughout the day. The medical industry has also been lowering the threshold for what they consider healthy levels to sell more statins. Dietary cholesterol is very good for us and required by every cell in the human body. The entire concept of cholesterol is incredibly complex and misconstrued by the media. Eating cholesterol has nothing to do with HDL, LDL, and plaque. Lectins As plants do not have teeth, claws, or any other physical way to protect themselves from being eaten, they deploy chemical warfare. The proteins in plants are known as lectins. Lectins can erode the gut lining in the intestines. Over time, lectins can seep into the bloodstream from the intestines. Once in the blood, they can bunch together forming blood clots (Noticeably in the lungs) and pile up in the brain resulting in Alzheimer’s disease. It is reasonable to argue that, while plant-based foods taste good, we should limit their intake especially if we exhibit symptoms of leaky gut. Lectins in the blood have shown to keep insulin levels elevated for much longer periods after eating. It was only when I cut out all plant foods that I began to lose weight despite my efforts of eating strictly low carb. We can also reason that fiber is a myth. High amounts of fiber cause discomfort and can damage the intestinal walls resulting in leaky gut. Fiber is also digested by gut bacteria leading to an insulin-response. This means carbs from fiber still affect insulin.
