There is a point where you are strong enough. Overtraining can have real consequences, especially if you don't keep up with the increased need for sleep and nutrition, and mistakes cost more as you age.
I'm not saying don't exercise by any means, but don't try to be Dolph Lundgren right away either.
It's important to get enough rest/ recovery for sure. It's important to listen to your body , not over train , get injured for sure. Sometimes though , you need to kick yourself in the ass and workout .
