Absolutely, calisthenics are not ever to be dismissed as some kind of pussy workout or whatever. I got real results within six months when I was doing it paired with keto. Dropped 60 lbs and gained abs. Best shape I've ever been in.
I did weight training most of high school, mostly for wrestling they kind of let us take it easy when I was in baseball. I always felt too big, like my body was hindering my range of motion.
Switched to calisthenics dropped two weight classes and jumped up in rank like a motherfucker. I'll never go back.
I wish I had done wrestling. I did football instead.

There is a point where you are strong enough. Overtraining can have real consequences, especially if you don't keep up with the increased need for sleep and nutrition, and mistakes cost more as you age.
I'm not saying don't exercise by any means, but don't try to be Dolph Lundgren right away either.
It's important to get enough rest/ recovery for sure. It's important to listen to your body , not over train , get injured for sure. Sometimes though , you need to kick yourself in the ass and workout .
It's the best piece of motivation I've seen.
Also, if reincarnation is real - The chances of you coming back as a nigger, street shitter, or rat eating chink are extremely high. So make sure you're healthy and delay that as long as you can.

I started working out again cause of my mental health. Anxiety and depression was real bad. Overwhelming me really. Drugs didn’t help. Prayer didn’t help. Booze didn’t help. Therapy never helped and who wants to bitch to a stranger anyways. I knew I wasn’t gonna kill myself even though I wanted to very badly. Then it hit me one day. Why don’t I try working out. I used to be in great shape. So I started going. Every time I would go I wouldn’t leave till I was wiped out. If I did my rotation and could do more I would start over. Sure enough all that bulllshit in my head cleared up. It’s amazing, people who were never in shape don’t get how much better you will feel. Just whip your own ass several times a week. Best medicine ever
