Prior to 2015 (SCOTUS fag marriage case) trannies and sissies were a mostly porn thing. It's a movement that existed on the far fringes for at least a decade, probably closer to two or three before 2015. After the SCOTUS case the freaks shifted their focus from normalizing fags to normalizing trannies and pedos. It's just the slippery slope.

If you pay attention to media, there's been a concerted push to normalize BDSM for the past 2+ decades as well. The goal seems to be that all forms of perversion and sexual immorality first become accepted, then openly practiced, then celebrated, and finally mandatory. The tranny push is just the most visible one right this moment.
