A uterus with good genes.
A part of having good genes is being willing to learn new things and not act like a lazy nigger.
A very small part. I think environment and upbringing have a much more deterministic role in those traits. A woman's role is not to fix things, learn skills, plan ahead. Women will often not express those traits even if they carry the genes for them because they understand their role and responsibilities. They focus on what will maximize their value. However, they still carry those genes and pass them on to their sons, who do need them and use them. I have seen this in practice with "house wives" who have industrious, cleaver sons. Their fathers and brothers have those same traits even if they do not.
