I know your pain; I myself am on the brink of a mental breakdown. I used to take a break from times to times from this site (or Voat when it was active) but now things are going too fast. unsolicited advice: if possible, move to a rural town. rural towns, generally, aren't liberal.
nowadays, the only thing that's necessary in a big city is an airport. big cities have good hospitals. but, that doesn't mean rural areas don't have good hospitals. i read that the USA has the best doctors in the world, because doctors' salaries are the highest in the world.
big cities used to be the only places to buy trendy clothes, music, imports, etc. but, now, shopping can be done on the internet.
it's just common sense that people feel better when they have fresh air and room to live.
