Eventually yes, idleness is the mother of all vices ... Their brains get rewarded every month for doing exactly nothing (welfare), there's no incentive to change their lives, quite the contrary, it encourages them to remain as they are, because it pays, literally. Which ultimately brings catastrophic results after 2 generations or so, "work ethic" becomes a totally foreign concept for instance. So yeah, they want extra money too, because welfare is only enough to survive, so while they are paid to do nothing, they go and try to get easy money, drug trafficking, and that's where we are at, generation after generation, it becomes the standard, their way of life
