Worked supervisory position, at a big box in the hood, about five years ago...forever changed me. Blacks and migrants are the absolute worst employees. The company bends over backwards to cover for those ppl. Anything, I mean anything to prevent a raassis lawsuit. You know how a nigga acts when the company backs the employee over the actual policy..? Couldn’t pay me a million to babysit those animals.
Similar situation for me which is why I asked OP. No call-no shows, constantly late, no regard for who they are screwing over with their half-assed effort and attendance. And you're right, one does not simply fire black people. Its better when they abandon their job.
They dont think like you or me. You don't "give direction" to black people. They can't be reached that way and they've been taught from a young age to resist authority. You come at them by explaining how it benefits them to do something. Even then you can't expect it to be completed correctly or at all.
Exactly. The company relies on the core 20% white worker that has been there forever, that makes just enough to not seek other employment. The 80% are just transitory, and the company does not care.
Muzzies toi. Just quit my job a couple weeks ago because the manager is a brow muzzie immigrant who would show up to open over an hour after we are supposed to be open to the public and would often just leave the back door unlocked so employees could do their work other than customer service because employees were t authorized or even trained to do customer services, though I wound up doing that as well because he would disappear in the middle of the day for hoirs, and if the door hadnt been left unlocked overnight just beghing for vandals and theives to destrou the place i would be sitting on a milk crate in a filthy alley next to a dumpster waiting for him to shoe up. And the owner, a 39 something liber with stretched lobrs, just would not fire the useless shitskin muslim.
And most of the other employees were muslim. And they would all steal stock every day.
The only other employee who wasnt a muslim was a black and he was stoned every minute he was there.
