Similar situation for me which is why I asked OP. No call-no shows, constantly late, no regard for who they are screwing over with their half-assed effort and attendance. And you're right, one does not simply fire black people. Its better when they abandon their job.
They dont think like you or me. You don't "give direction" to black people. They can't be reached that way and they've been taught from a young age to resist authority. You come at them by explaining how it benefits them to do something. Even then you can't expect it to be completed correctly or at all.
Exactly. The company relies on the core 20% white worker that has been there forever, that makes just enough to not seek other employment. The 80% are just transitory, and the company does not care.
