You have to get around the silly memes and shutting down arguments on whatever you want to bring up.
"Conspiracy theory" was a saying invented by CIA and then MSM trained Americans to shut off their brain whenever something is brought up and labeled a "conspiracy theory". To counter that, I'd suggest don't use the word conspiracy, use its definition "illegal, wrongful, or subversive act" and don't use 'theory' and state there needs to be an investigation into facts that indicate criminal illegal, wrongful, or subversive acts regarding ....January 6 claims of cops letting people into the capitol building, anti-white training in the military, and then just state facts.
In response of course you'll get 'conspiracy theory', in which all you can do is shoot back a reply that they have no facts or rational explanation. So that "January 6 cops let people into the capitol building" and here is the video, therefore the peaceful protesters were legally in the building. Those that are imprisoning protestors and prosecuting them are subverting the legal system to harm citizens. The cause of action is called malicious prosecution. blah blah. etc.
Your audience is not the close-minded idiot, your audience is whoever else is reading and open-minded to the facts
