What makes you think something similar can't be done to a gas car? OnStar, for example, can just remotely disable your vehicle. They've had this capability for over a decade. This is nothing new and nothing to do with electric cars.
Many EVs likely talk to the charger, many gas engines don't talk to the gasoline that is pouring in.
On both vehicles you can remove the antennas for data, but with the EV you may not be able to use a public charger.
Many EVs likely talk to the charger.
No, they don't.
So Tesla chargers don't communicate to Supercharging stations?
Eventually when EVs are required, they will have smart systems implemented and those without the latest updates will not be able to charge at the quick public stations.
Ask yourself, does the government make any regulations to make you more free? No they don't. They want to monitor and control the masses more so than ever. Evs will be a perfect way to do so.
