That is changing now, unfortunately. I wanna pull my hair out. I had to get a mortgage for the house I had built to pay for it. Had to do it to achieve my dream of having a home out in the country and be left the fuck alone.

I feel dirty. I had pride that I wasn't in any debt. I've worked my ass off in the oil field, and now being a mechanic, and I still can't afford a home at 28 without succumbing to the loan jew. Now my life of paying off that debt, with interest, begins. sigh

Property is paid for with a loan most of the time, even if you are wealthy. Cheeto Nigger and other real estate moguls built fortunes with credit. A few percent interest on property is not a problem if you are buying in a market that is growing faster annually than the rate on the loan. If you are concerned about dealing with kikes, perhaps seek financing through a small local credit union or other white owned financial institution.

Buying property with credit shouls be atarted as early as possible with thr shortest term possible. Borrowed 75k when i was 15 to buy a property. Now i own it, spent literally 0$ and own a 100k$ property that was paid for by the sucker renting it the whole time. Bought more in the meantime. Get rich easy.

Me to, my fathers advice since the banks he said were why we were always broke paying off the loan for the house addition which we should have just waited instead to do.

Pay it of as fast as possible.

Don’t worry about it. Housing is going to go up. If you didn’t get the loan now you never would. I paid off my loans and traded it for a mortgage and it’s worth it. Atleast you have a home and a tangible asset. My student loans were shit.

And on the positive you are doing better than the majority of people. Now focus on finding a good woman and treat it as a job, screen them for qualities and cut them if they have red flags.

Though not all red flags are as bad as you think as long as you stick to your principles

Go short term, pay it off. You’re still good mang.

Some opportunities are worth taking before you can afford them if they pay off big. Sounds like it did for you. Now work your ass off so you can pay it off and afford early retirement.

You can blame all the assholes with easy debt driving prices up.

I'm about to turn 27. Bought my house last June.

Building a company now in hopes that I can pay my mortgage off early too and finally afford some kids. Although mine is a bit less painful since my mortgage goes to an actual human. Not a bank.

Homes are still worth it. You haven't done wrong. Best of luck in the future to you!

It's nice to see other people going through the same things at similar times in life. Imagine being on reddit and all you ever see are people complaining about not being able to afford anything and stuff
