Have congress deauthorize it. They authorized it. They can undo it.

Or we all just adopt bitcoin and gold, and refuse to have anymore than a hundred bucks in USD savings. That will kill the value of the US dollar (which is fine because we don't have them), and turn their money printer into a paper printer.
