Hesitancy implies that the individual will carry through with the action after given some encouragement. No. Most who have not taken the gene therapy injections are not hesitating, they are refusing. But when the (((powers that be))) mandate these “vaccines” or evoke rights for those that refuse, it will all fall under the guise that we were just hesitant. This buzzword was carefully crafted. Evil stuff.

Just remind those who use this term that the government, pharmaceutical companies and NGOs pushing for everyone to take the experimental mRNA gene therapy are "liability hesitant". They don't want to be financially, legally or criminally liable for the effects that these so called "vaccines" have attached to them. Make sure they know that if they took the shots with the experimental gene treatment that they have absolutely zero recourse if the jab causes them or their loved ones harm. Then ask them why these organizations pushing the vaccine are not wanting to take on the liability of their policies and products. You need to make them see the problem for what it really is.
