Excellent advice. Somehow, as a child, I knew something was off about TV. I couldn’t eloquently explain exactly what it was, but I could see how it affected other kids and it disgusted me.
Fast forward to today and I still don’t watch that trash, and I have a simple word to describe what I felt was wrong with it: propaganda.

For those of you who don't watch television they will attempt to get you with the cellphone. Delete the native news app. Especially if iPhone. Don't attempt to curate your own news sources as Apple will override as they did with me. I blocked news sources such as CNN or MSNBC attempted to add other news sources only for Apple to tell me they don't support those news sites and later Apple News app ignored my blocks stating COVID reasons according to apple care support.
I like to scroll through the jewgle news to though on so I can keep up to date with the latest narratives being pushed. It's fascinating how they spin the truth at times and fill it with just utter trash to try and keep me distracted.
It's been about 12 years since I stopped watching television altogether. Before that, I had tapered off to almost nothing. What I do now is watch carefully selected and downloaded movies and television shows, all of them with zero commercials. I'm still being subjected to a certain amount of mind control, but I recognize it and can handle it. No commercials, no sports, no television news of any kind, just scrubbed, selected pieces of entertainment.
Generally I will pass on anything with a nigger or more than one woman in leading roles. I'm not going to watch magic niggers telling white people how to save themselves, or solving their problems for them. I'm not going to watch a bunch of women piloting a space ship or beating up a SEAL team bare-handed.
There was one show on a streaming site that had all women, I kid you not. It was an action-adventure show .... with an all-woman cast, and I think one nigger thrown in as a token. I didn't watch it, but I saw a minute or two of it to check it out. How do the Hollywood Jews think anyone is ever going to watch this dreck?
