I studied microbiology as the vaccine was being manufactured. The different versions of it had initially come out while I was still in school. I am not an immunologist, nor am I a pharmacist. I am taking my pre-requisites to get into nursing school. I have 5 years of medical experience as an endoscopy technician, and a CNA.
A normal virus hijacks the cellular processes of the bodies cells to reproduce itself. Thus, the cells are used as miniature manufacturing plants for viral particles. They are transcribed within the cell and hundreds to thousands of viral particles are released into the body to re-start the process.
The COVID viral particle is a bitch because of the spike proteins located on its envelope (which surrounds the viral particle). The vaccine was made from the spike proteins on the particle.
Coincidentally, I work for a major hospital in a large city. This is a side note, but an important one. The people who have been taking the vaccine have been testing positive for the virus. The nurses I work with giving the PCR test (which is a fucking joke that uses threshholds to come up with a ton of junk DNA creating false positives) are testing patients positive for COVID even if they come in for SOMETHING ELSE. This does not make sense. So it is either one of two things; 1) the PCR test is a joke and it does not work, or 2) the vaccine is actually giving people (what is assumed to be a dormant virus) the virus itself.
This method of creating a mRNA vaccine has never been used before. There has not been a time when a vaccine was created from a spike protein on a viral particle. T-cell production will remember viruses that have entered the body. They are also known as "memory cells." Thus, viruses rewrite your DNA in the way that they tell the immune system to create immunity against viruses with antibodies. Those antibodies being created by memory T-cells to foreign antigens that enter the body.
I do not know if the vaccine is "re-writing" the DNA. But I do know it is a method never attempted. It is in an FDA mandated experimental phase. And the chances that it is changing your immune system are probably accurate. Not everyone is genetically similar. Not everyone's immune systems are the same. The chances that you contract the virus and die are based on predisposed factors (i.e. having autoimmune disorders, being obese, etc.) But the chance you recuperate after catching COVID, and develop antibodies against it; are very good. So why would a healthy individual take the vaccine? I do not know, besides the fact you are probably a dumbfuck.
I have come up with the idea (after talking to other nurses who have also chosen NOT to take it) that this is about risk assessment. We have access to more information than we ever have had in the history of mankind. But people are either too stupid to figure out how to use that info to their advantage, or they are fucking lazy.
We live in a disappointing, but exciting time. We can make a change through a revolution. We can kill off the idiots. And we don't have to lift a finger. If they get sick and die from this vaccine, it leaves us, the aggressive fuckers to take out the Jew masterminds behind this chaos.
Remember to assess your risks before making stupid decisions. And remember who is in power that is disseminating false statistics. It is the Jew, always has been.

The long term side effects are not known. That is what I said. There are many "what if's?" I could change my theory based upon whether or not people die from the vaccine, or have long term crippling side effects, but it won't change the fact that you are a fucking idiot if you put an experimental vaccine in your body. Like I said, it is about risk assessment. There is a great chance for recovery from the virus if you are a healthy individual, the hospital numbers reflect these outcomes. There are numerous patients on units in the hospital whose records reflect they tested positive for COVID in the past. They are still alive.
Don't believe the hype. And to a greater extent, to answer your question over the long term, the answers to debilitating side effects of the vaccine might not manifest until 10 years after this chaos. The data needs to be collected and aggregated into studies that are comprehensive for the public.

Did you not take in what I said? If the PCR test is giving false positives, then it could technically NOT be COVID. Why would you get vaccinated on the premise of a shit test? The PCR test is flawed, it doesn't answer the hard questions. In fact, the CDC has revised its threshhold numbers numerous times. Thus, I don't trust "bumbling" fools at the CDC to provide accurate assessments of infection rates based off of a flawed test. And if I have to, I will elaborate even further. Herd immunity will reach a threshhold where the vaccine will prove pointless. The reason being that people will have antibodies developed if everyone has caught it. It will inevitably mutate, but the majority of the time, those mutations are less culpable to be as infectious as the original versions.

Societies standard response to infections hasn't changed for centuries. Isolate. Clean. Use whatever medical technology is available. Now look at the American Right wing behaviour during this event. No Isolation, minimal cleaning. Zero uptake of medical technology. If this was more serious and was allowed to spread faster, we could all be dead right now. And for what? Owning the Libs?
If there is a standard way of dealing with outbreaks, it makes more sense just to get on with it, rather than run round in circles and blame whatever.
