A warrant allows. A warrant is issued by a judge. A judge can't demand that law enforcement take evidence. It enables them to.

The warrant allowed the seizure of all electronic devices, which means any and or all at their discretion.

I guess they will have to take his VCR, and have to take his Oven that has electronics in it, and his fridge, washer, diswasher, thermostat, entire HVAC system.
