I've been hearing about how the Firefox browser has been taken over by liberal leftist losers, who are going to make it impossible for users to visit rightwing Web sites.

Today way the first time I've seen evidence of this. I went to Gab, and got a warning from my Firefox browser telling me that Gab subscribers have been hacked, and do I really want to visit this site? This warning is purely political -- it has nothing whatsoever to do with browser security. The snowflakes who now control Mozilla don't want us reading Donald Trump's posts.

decent for now but behind in terms of cookie / tracker blocking. It's always a race, code and these battles are fought literally daily. Until it goes blockchain with a thing like Fractal Protocol, it's a rough bet. Any later browsers and you risk security issues.

Tldr it'll work, as will firefox, it maters what else you slap onto it, opsec, and how your base computer security is. Using windows or mac? Guess what. You have bigger problems.

Final note is that no one is immune from hardware hacks, os zeros, browser extensions, phishing, etc. Don't be stupid. Just because I listed win and mac doesnt mean that linux kernels are immune to problems from shitty installations or faulty browser maintenance

100% agree, especially the final disclaimer.

I can see at least 5 insecure default setup pi ssids from my living room

and someone who thinks no one nearby knows what an ESP32 is..
