I am starting to understand...blacks can kill blacks all they want...but "whites"(law enforcement) cannot even if they are protecting other blacks

I heard the entire continent has advanced technology , including privacy domes, that prevent whites from seeing or entering . If I was a black, I would want to get there asap.
