I think this will start to happen. A few low level black cops will be assigned to the ghetto. They will extort goods and services from black drug dealers and whores. Jungle justice will be the court of the ghetto.

It's all about dissolving America's standing Army. it's easier to overthrow a country if the police are in your pocket and don't offer opposition.
