While I'm not in the position to give an advise (my country is falling apart too), I think you need to be organized, and your organization must be too big for the deep state to break it apart with undercover snitches. You once had such an organization, you need to take it back.

Too bad police don't get to pick and choose where they patrol. They can pick and choose the department they work for, but likely not the precinct or patrol they get assigned to.

We'd get an overbloated police force in white areas, terrorizing innocent white people.. and 0 police where they are actually needed.

Either refuse to go directly, or just.... Go somewhere else and say you patrolled that area.
