I almost forgot about the b movie The Purge. It was about a dystopian society, where citizens were able to commit crimes for 12 hours every year, with 911 not answering calls. Right now we have US and EU full of looters and arsonists destroying middle class private businesses and property, with police being ordered not to stop them.
