I live in a city with a million people, but the population density is closer to a small town, lots of open spaces and greenery.

Metropolitan cities are shitholes. Get enough people in close enough proximity... Things go to hell.

I have my eyes on a large rural property I intend to buy, God willing, within months. Cities are a deception.
