There are plenty of videos of people legally yelling fire in a theater. Fire or not.

You can't incite an imminent threat of serious bodily injury or death.

Whenever someone uses that analogy I ask, "But what if I'm in a crowded theater and notice there's a fire? Do I sneak out without saying anything?"
