What's really annoying is the nickle and diming. A few years I got a letter from them saying I owed $21.55 or some bullshit. Then they have a form to dispute but it's $20, not enough to fight it but just enough to be real fucking annoying. It's the "petty power people" just fucking with people they know will pay it and not complain.
