Is something a prophet says later in life more significant than what he says earlier in his life?

If it is revelation then if God says it's more significant. If it is not revelation then there should be no contradiction without explanation (Prophets are teachers).

Is anyone claiming that his statements later in life significantly contradict statements he made earlier in his life?

If statements made later in life were to be considered trueer could you significantly alter the message of the book by rearranging the chronology?

There are some issues with English translations of your book. Prior to about 1920 it has a different chronology.

You have to do this work. It is your intellectual work to do. It starts with a simple Google search like “contradictions in the Quran“ or you could search Wikipedia for some thing like “list of Coptic Church saints“

All of this is really easy to do if you concentrate. But I cannot do it for you.
