So, explain to me how any of these so-called "disadvantaged" minorities own a business if they're disadvantaged?? They already own a business ffs. And just because you're a woman you're considered disadvantaged? Are they suggesting that these people work harder than anyone else? Nothing about qualifications? Pardon my French but this is fucking bullshit. They get bidding priority.
