Something I noticed for the work competition curve is how one sided and blatantly unfair companies are becoming. It used to be that white was right. Now though, you can have a Bachelors/Masters, 10 years experience, some certifications and still be outbeaten by some street thug who can barely speak english. It's disgusting and annoying.

Could you identify as transgender and get hiring points in your favor? I could see carrying a purse into the interview just to get the job then miraculously find yourself straight after being hired.
