Something I noticed for the work competition curve is how one sided and blatantly unfair companies are becoming. It used to be that white was right. Now though, you can have a Bachelors/Masters, 10 years experience, some certifications and still be outbeaten by some street thug who can barely speak english. It's disgusting and annoying.

Nature can only take place if the next guy could open a competing business and hire only the most qualified people. But they can't. As soon as they see you aren't playing ball they will sue you for discrimination and use the simple fact that you don't have diversity hires as proof that you are discriminating against minorities. It's not an open marketplace.
