Something I noticed for the work competition curve is how one sided and blatantly unfair companies are becoming. It used to be that white was right. Now though, you can have a Bachelors/Masters, 10 years experience, some certifications and still be outbeaten by some street thug who can barely speak english. It's disgusting and annoying.

Some businesses have to hire negroids. As engineer, we don’t have very many negroids. But there are some. They aren’t counted on for actually contributing anything of value. It’s not expected of them.
