Something I noticed for the work competition curve is how one sided and blatantly unfair companies are becoming. It used to be that white was right. Now though, you can have a Bachelors/Masters, 10 years experience, some certifications and still be outbeaten by some street thug who can barely speak english. It's disgusting and annoying.

Yep, I started giving my 5% at work instead of 85% and nobody notices. I just make up excuses like the nigger in the next cubicle, "didn't have time", "I forgot", "sorry boss, that one slipped through the cracks".
