It has been made "illegal" in many places. The Second Amendment guarantees that those pieces of legal code are unlawful. It's a crucial distinction.

[–] 2 pts

The distinction is whether you're sitting in prison or not. Your choices are to sit in prison knowing the Constitution is on your side, or not to go to prison.

[–] 0 pt

Absolutely. The distinction isn't made in some magical attempt to guarantee the Second Amendment remains uninfringed. The distinction is part of the logical argument surrounding the morality of our obligation to abide by law/legal code and when that moral obligation is null.

My point is that life isn't so simple. Sure, there may be some moral obligation to refuse to adhere to illegal laws, but there is also a moral obligation to provide for one's family. If I go to jail the wife and kids lose the house, they lose cars, they have no way to feed themselves, or anything else. In other words, I'm not a nigger. I have to support my family.

All it would take is as few as the people using this site to swing their dick and the government/laws would crumble.

It's bullshit that we are abiding by these laws. The entire point of the second amendment was to ensure we stay just as armed as our government. Our government now decides how armed we should be.

People don't realize our rights were taken a long time ago. We can't have automatic weapons, grenades, missiles, tanks, jets, etc. The 2nd amendment may have been created with muskets in mind but the purpose of the law was clear.

On second thought, the name "Biden" makes more sense now.

a few

Attempted a few months ago by an actual militia that got glowniggrered the fuck out.

Then a few years ago with Bundy, and many years ago with Ruby Ridge etc.

Porn is unconstitutional, but the ZOGSA allows it.

ALL WEAPONS are FULLY protected by the constitution. But the ZOGSA unconstitutionally disallows them.

Porn is unconstitutional...

I'm good with that but how is it unconstitutional?

[–] 0 pt

You can have tanks and jets, they just can't have cannons, missiles, or bombs attached.

We are all aware of how sheep people are. Gun owners need to open carry as much as possible everywhere they can. People are afraid of what they are not familiar with. This will go a long way to normalize open carry. Once it is normalized as a common thing that doesn't matter, more and more places will see open carry 2A laws at the state level as not a big deal and legal respect will follow.

Also join Gun owners of America, Firearms Policy Coalition, and any state 2A organization you can.

[–] 3 pts

I get that but I'm not a fan of joining groups. I'd rather not join a list voluntarily. I just want everyone to get armed.

[–] 2 pts

yes, they should definitely be doing that too.

I should also mention that one need not "Join" a group to donate to one. They all also have addresses and websites with info on local and national gun laws available.

For those who don't want to share personal info with the gov through a website, snail mail is your friend; if you still want to let reps know that you care about and are paying attention to local and national 2A related Bills.

The only good thing about joining a group is it gives them more cred when lobbying. Nobody cares if some rando group of "rednecks with guns" opposes gun control, but a group with 100 million members would scare the shit out of them.

I carry but no way I want to open carry and be a target. I don’t want people to know I’m armed.

Take people to the range for a day of shooting. Even the shittiest liberal I've ever convinced to go shooting had a great time. Guns become far less scary once a person is familiar with them. If they like it enough to get one of their own you've created another gun owner to oppose the government taking them away.

See Johnny Depp In Blow movie as George telling Judge weed is just a plant.

[–] 2 pts (edited )

Weed isn't in the constitution. Weapons are specifically in the constitution and its very clear why they were put in the constitution.

Edit: I've watched the hell out of that movie though. It's one of those "You haven't seen Blow?? Hang on. I've got it here somewhere."

Damn good flick but if I wanted to show Will Smith crying I would just tell them to look up Jada.

The book is MUCH better.

Yes, I am 'that guy'.

[–] 0 pt

What's the book called? I'll check it out.

Correction. "Arms" are in the constitution. Arms include all the logistics of warfare. Be them buttons, wagons, rifles, or battleships.

[–] [deleted] 2 pts

So yeah, you would have to challenge it legally all the way up to the supreme court which has on numerous occasions sided against the gun owners. Good luck and have fun with that, just easier to not live in a state with retarded gun laws.

[–] 0 pt

In NJ, a gun felony requires a petition to the state supreme court, which has famously denied almost every appeal except to the most well connected of kikes

[–] 2 pts

Yes I'm sure the kike judge will support the second amendment...

[–] 1 pt

...thinking the Constitution and declaration are still respected and were not erased with the creation of the FED.

Your rights are exactly what the dude with a gun and a badge say they are, no matter where you are standing

[–] 0 pt

yes, stop following laws. Then when you're locked up you can cry victim like you people love to do.

[–] 0 pt

Yep. Stop following the constitution. Let your politicians decide what's best for you.

[–] 0 pt

the cuckpublican way.

[–] 0 pt

baboon who will pay for the lawyers and anal surgery when they go to prison and get raped by niggers there? You? You are too fucking stupid to know what lawyer is

[–] 0 pt

Read what the fuck you just wrote and maybe reassess calling someone stupid.

[–] 0 pt

I wouldn't try to be an armchair lawyer (no offense) and argue what the law is, because the courts will interpret the laws however they can to use them against you. The laws, even the Constitution, aren't there to protect you. They're there to give power to the ruling class in a way that the majority of people will accept.

The courts have already interpreted the most important portions of the Constitution to mean the opposite of what it actually says.

Stop relying on the "law" at all. They will come after you, whether you are "legally" in the right or not.

Your natural rights, the right to own yourself and your property, exist regardless of what any piece of paper says. You need to defend those rights. You need to work with your neighbors and your community to defend each other's rights.

Because the state will infringe upon and violate those rights if you don't do what they say. And they will use the police, who are always more than happy to use violence against the rest of us as long as they continue to get paid, to do it.
