Go do something for yourself. Long hike, fishing etc... stay away from booze. It's a great day to treat yourself kindly.
Pray.
Just start talking to God.
He’ll answer.
This site will do it to you. So much negative shit going on that you have zero control over. Sometimes it must be nice to be ignorant about everything going on. Spend less time here and go outside in the sun. Put on some music you like.
Man I had a white girl lined up to have white kids she won't return my calls or text because I fucked up. She is just ghosting me.
So don't think you have it that bad especially if your white.

https://rightasrain.uwmedicine.org/mind/stress/these-home-cognitive-behavioral-therapy-tips-can-help-ease-your-anxieties This might have some helpful advice on how to ease the anxiety at home without therapist.
There are four really helpful things that target your issues. Wherever I start feeling overwhelmed, anxious, sad, angry, helpless to influence things in the world... I do all of the following:
Stay physically busy. To the point that your heart rate gets up a bit(not too much though), and your muscles feel that glow at the end of the day. I don't know how long this takes for you, everyone is different. But just do some good old physical exertion that is above your norm. Be sure you are walking enough to circulate your lymphatic system, too. It's extremely important. This will get any gunk out of your system, increase feel good hormones, and improve your physical fitness. So not only do you actually feel better, but the mental knowledge that you improved today instead of degenerated by not doing anything physical gives an extra dividend. It also helps quality of sleep. I like to make the physical exertion productive, like home improvement or husbandry related on the homestead, so I get another layer of feeling accomplished, useful, contributional. This battles the helpless feeling that I sometimes get when thinking about world problems.
Eat better. When I begin feeling gross I like to juice, particularly with beets, cabbage, and celery. I don't like them but they are very good for you. I put other things in there like ginger, apples, carrots, spinach, kale, cucumber, etc. But those first three are really good for you. If I juice I usually have less desire for bread, noodles, sugars, all the bad things. And my elimination is better, too. Ties in with the helpful lymphatic system to keep me from feeling physically poor.
Get away from negative mediums. If you're watching TV, reading modern writing, or listening to music with lyrics, whatever it is, it probably continues stimulation of the awareness of how bad things are and how it's so large a problem you can do nothing. Cut it all out and only allow a small amount if you must. Pay attention to your physical and emotional status while consuming whatever you choose to continue with, and stop when you feel any negative impressions. This doesn't mean that you can't handle it or that you should never face things that make you feel negative, just that for right now you are taking a break and putting yourself back into a good frame of health. When I'm doing the other three things I have very little time for any of these things and I don't notice that I'm cutting back. When I'm not doing the other things I feel the loss of the poal, news, various entertainment. So you should keep busy so it doesn't feel like an isolation punishment to stay away from poal or whatever the normal outlet is.
I saved this one for last because most people balk. It should really be first.
God. He is your creator. Living without him is like a car trying to run without fuel. The entire world is like a massive tsunami wall of water trying to block you from knowing him. It throws a million distractions, alternatives, false spiritual concepts, utter contempt and denial, in your face to keep you away and ashamed to explore your creator and his word. The world tells you that you should be a strong man and shoulder the world and you're weak if you can't. But this is a lie. None of us can shoulder that burden except Christ. And he already has. Explore your relationship with God. He will take your burdens and your will breathe the first breath of your life. And there will be no more stress and anxiety over worldly things which are trying their best to smother you and everyone else who has an ounce of virtue.
Get busy, friend. These four things will fix you up and you'll be better than ever.
learn to really appreciate the little things, because it is the little things that matter the most. a good meal. a bird singing a lovely tune. a comfortable bed. catching others being good and telling them also gives some joy. the other day the dude cashier at the grocery store was packing my groceries like it mattered. i told him, "look how good you are packing my groceries. thank you." you would have thought i told him he won the lottery. that led to a brief but really good conversation. it set the tone for the rest of the day.
now don't think i am a ray of sunshine either walking around with fairy dust, but thinking and being positive is something i have to work on as well.
Maybe reading the Stoics could help you.

When an old farmer’s stallion wins a prize at a country show, his neighbour calls round to congratulate him, but the old farmer says, “Who knows what is good and what is bad?”
The next day some thieves come and steal his valuable animal. His neighbour comes to commiserate with him, but the old man replies, “Who knows what is good and what is bad?”
A few days later the spirited stallion escapes from the thieves and joins a herd of wild mares, leading them back to the farm. The neighbour calls to share the farmer’s joy, but the farmer says, “Who knows what is good and what is bad?”
The following day, while trying to break in one of the mares, the farmer’s son is thrown and fractures his leg. The neighbour calls to share the farmer’s sorrow, but the old man’s attitude remains the same as before.
The following week the army passes by, forcibly conscripting soldiers for the war, but they do not take the farmer’s son because he cannot walk. The neighbour thinks to himself, “Who knows what is good and what is bad
