"Virus doesn't exist" is an irrelevant distraction narrative, because it gets into the weeds and leaves one half open to saying "but-but-half a million deaths! six million deaths!"

It's always the details that destroy a narrative, not the big barbed wire issues. The barbed wire is what they use to get us arguing, divided, and destroy any attempts to undermine the narrative.

The basis of your argument is also incredibly wrong. You're comparing a virus that requires direct skin to skin contact where as a flu virus can be transmitted through the air.

Unlike a flu virus that you can get through the air, herpes spreads by direct contact, that is, directly from the site of infection to the site of contact. For example, if you have a cold sore and kiss someone, you can transfer the virus to their mouth. Similarly, if you have active genital herpes and have vaginal or anal intercourse, you can give your partner genital herpes. Finally, if you have a cold sore and put your mouth on your partners genitals (oral sex), you can give your partner genital herpes.

Think about it: How much ridicule is gonna come out against the left when they compare it to herpes? Everyones gonna be memeing "oh no the left thinks we all have herpes!" and laughing their asses off. It sounds like panicporn, and it's gonna be mocked as that. And as we know mockery causes the left to shrivel or overreact.

Also the AIDS/GRIDS comparison immediately splinters the left and its fag allies, and reinforces the stereotype of "regressive left."
