Also, when selling this, always use "carbon emissions AND pollution." rather than simply "carbon emissions."
For the people that already believe carbon emissions ARE pollution, it probably won't do anything.
But by changing an OR to an AND, people who are skeptical get to claim they are being
fair and balanced
while simultaneously supporting bringing manufacturing back to america
the 'and' splits the idea of carbon emissions FROM the idea of pollution, drawing a subtle line between the two. The implication being that carbon emissions are something OTHER than pollution, which is a message worth spreading.
