"Have you taken it?" "If not, do you plan on taking it?"

I imagine they are trying to root out the trouble makers early before it's officially mandatory.

Sounds like a HIPPA violation to me.

HIPPA went out the door when we had to submit to temp checks when walking in the door. You read a high temp and everyone is going to know about it.

Yes, that's a gray area, but it does set a precedent.

Lawyer up.

Sometimes just mentioning the fact that it's a potential violation can make it go away. If that doesn't work, then Lawyer Up is the correct choice.

Paying a lawyer a few sheckles to write up a scary letter makes more of an impact.

...thinking that the law will save you this late in the game.

Which Jew should I retain for the legal proceedings?

You are gonna see companies doing the same thing with vaccines that they do to smokers. Higher insurance premiums if you don't get the vaccine. I have a family member who handles benefits for a very large company. and starting 2022, they are mandatory.

We were sent a supposedly anonymous survey, but I doubt it really was. Company leadership mentioned that we'd only had 75% compliance and tried to shame us into 'doing better.' A brave coworker of mine asked - on video during a town hall - if asking employees about health-related issues didn't violate HIPPA. She was told that it didn't if it was anonymous. They went on record and didn't even realize.

EDIT: Spelling.

It's not a violation to force employees to disclose health conditions that are directly related to work safety (like "I have TB"). They're not going to have a hard time in court getting a judge to say that stopping a "pandemic" is related to work safety.

Correct. -Someone who will soon lose their employment over this.

If it's voluntary, I guess it's not really a HIPPA violation unless they disclose it.

I'm starting to see these 'feelers' in my job too. People are supposed to report when they get it so they can track "when we can return to work". It will eventually be obvious who's avoiding the vaccine.

Apparently 6% of employers are planning on making the vaccine mandatory, which is troubling.

Look into your state's laws regarding mandatory vaccinations and exemptions. Personally, I'm planning on converting to Jehovah Witness if it comes down to it.

sounds about right. Rack up some OT if you can to cushion the blow when they mandate it so you can quit

It's probably better to be fired on the small chance of any lawsuits payout a settlement, that the (((lawyers))) will take 99% of.

[–] 0 pt

You should get fired to collect unepmoyement too.

Just tell them "yes." What are they gonna do?

[–] 0 pt

Sounds accurate.

I just told my HR that I would under no conditions take a vaccine and requested that they inform me as early as possible if a mandate was being considered so I could take my services elsewhere. HR is refusing to take the shot too so that's a plus.

Exact same thing at my company

I will answer, yes I plan to take it and never follow through. If pressed to show proof, I have a card I can print out so I can identify as being vaccinated. If that fails, I'll deal with the consequences.

[–] 2 pts

And if that fails... then they get to deal with the consequences.

Where can I find such a card?

[–] 0 pt

.

[–] 0 pt

Nuremberg code. Cite that if they start pushing the mandatory thing around. It prohibits forced vaccinations.

[–] 0 pt

Yes... The tool used to punish white men for fighting against jews will save you.
