If it was a Walmart, there are often three or four fat goldbricking cops loafing around, collecting taxpayer money far from any real crimes, flexing on average people who just want to be left alone.

When Melbourne was in lock down they had police everywhere. Cops were prowling the shops looking for subversive non-mask wearers, so it isn't as incredible as you might think.
There were also videos posted on Voat of groups of cops tackling people for not wearing masks.
