I'm doing what I can. It's not a lot of fun most of the time. Ontario HRT makes it super easy to win at least, and you can represent yourself. Filing fee is only $75. I may decide to pursue the individual employees as well, in civil court, just to drive the message home and fuck with them a little. Right now I'm just punishing companies. Problem is HRT awards are tiny by comparison. My largest single settlement has only been a few thousand dollars.
