Now they can post lies without you downvoting them. Allowing them to spread their lies and misinformation.

Yes. Once you reach a certain level you can see who downvotes any post or comment. Where it has "save" "reply", there will also be "info". Click that and you'll see every user who downvoted it.

No, it's that they can post bullshit and prevent you from replying to it. They have the power to prevent others from reading criticism of their bullshit. That's what AOU did when he implemented this new blocking "feature". This is on the "free speech" site created by some guy butthurt over downvotes.
