I have a few men in my life who have more moderated views than me. They are nice guys. They want to be liked and they want to be thought of as good guys. They do not want to admit certain realities about minorities, democrats, women. I just basically shove reality in their face to get them to be truthful to themselves and defend their own interests. We need to get a bit more antisocial as a people. You make me think of another thing. People with status and wealth have a lot to loose if they tell the truth. People with shit status dont have anything to loose. So they give fuck all for consensus. So I think this may be an upper class problem as well as a woman problem.
