The site is literally a honeypot, most likely ran by a fed.

It literally only has 5 rules as of right now and no official Terms of Service, https://www.voat.xyz/rules.php

This means voat.xyz is completely liable to being sued. But beyond just the legal ramifications, the site is sketchy in general. I would not recommend going there, unless you want your information compromised and leaked.
