If there is a real crisis, Biden will not know what to do, and Harris, if she makes a decision, will make the wrong decision. That's certain. Since we don't know who is controlling these puppets, we can't judge if that person, or cabal, would make an intelligent decision in a crisis, but since they are motivated only by greed and lust for power, it seems unlikely.
Do you think things get decided in meetings between heads of state though? I kinda figured anything important would be figured out by the rothschilds before they meet. It'd still be funny to see Putin bully her like he did with Merkle though.

Both Biden and Harris were chosen because they are complete boobs, with no danger of either of them ever actually making an independent decision, or opposing the orders that are handed to them from the back room. By the way, Canada's Trudeau was elected for the very same reason -- because he is a witless boob who can be manipulated.
I think Camel Hairs is smart, or at least smart enough to know what's good for her. Biden long ago gave up on having original thoughts.
