Do you make that choice based on technical specs or aesthetic reasons?

Both. But honestly, mostly because it looks faggy as hell. On a functional standpoint, the bedwalls are way too short, bed doesnt look over 6ft long, not enough cab space for gear, doubt theres a decent canopy made for it, ground clearance looks like shit, overall looks like it would be a rough shitty ride offroad, but mainly it just looks super gay.
