  1. you go to bed too late because you're on the internet or watch TV

  4. you don't study anything daily... or even read a non-fiction book for at least 1 hour daily.

  5. you waste time on social media... especially dating sites which are full of fake people and absolute degenerates.

  6. you don't actually try hard enough when you think you've done a lot.

  7. you haven't written down exactly what you want and the date you expect to achieve it.

  8. you've never viewed yourself as the hero in your own movie and continue living as a spectator.

wake up and realise everything in life is on you and if you don't act you will achieve nothing and die a total failure with regret.

  2. I wake up far too early or far too late, like at 5:00 or 13:00 3.By the time I wake up I feel too tired, but I have to study for a class or language
  3. I don't even read a book at times; I also wonder why my reading level is stuck at a High School level
  4. I waste my time debating with authoritarian people to the extent where I get called names

  6. Only exercise I get is very light weights or walking, and I wonder why I'm still chubby
  7. yeah the same for me I wake up realising the government wants us to be stuck on lockdown for corona-chan forever, and like a lot of people, I feel stuck on pause like on a DVD or VHS tape.
