Working out daily, making a routine out of it, has substantial benefits of self improvement, and I feel its the easiest thing to incorporate into a daily routine. Literally find something to do for an hour every day as the start to your morning
for anyone struggling to do this i would suggest creating a daily routine with a time for everything and just sticking to it no matter what.
if you decide to workout at 6am then do that no matter what... this is the best way in my experience to get it done.
if you don't have a definitely time for shit, it's too easy to make excuses.
Exactly. The hardest part for me working out is actually just showing up to the gym. That's all it takes, once I'm there, I get a workout in, and it starts my day off with an accomplishment already done for the day, making the rest of the day feel easier to be more productive and beneficial.
