  7. you haven't written down exactly what you want and the date you expect to achieve it.

  8. you've never viewed yourself as the hero in your own movie and continue living as a spectator.

wake up and realise everything in life is on you and if you don't act you will achieve nothing and die a total failure with regret.

Breakfast is wrong. no one should have it. Worst meal of the day. Oatmeal and bananas are the worst things you should have, but if you want to continue to create insulin resistance then enjoy the obesity and the ensuing problems associated with it.

Compromise: Exercise while in a fasted state, you will benefit more and will have more growth hormone in circulation. If you must have breakfast for whatever reason, have steak and eggs because they are among the healthiest thing you can eat. In fact, they are so beneficial that the jews have been working roundly to demonize them for the past several decades.

Aside from that, every point is agreeable.
