1. you go to bed too late because you're on the internet or watch TV 2. when you wake up you check the jewish news on your phone which is all negative and fucks your mood 3. you don't have a small breakfast of oatmeal or banana and go workout within the hour 4. you don't study anything daily... or even read a non-fiction book for at least 1 hour daily. 5. you waste time on social media... especially dating sites which are full of fake people and absolute degenerates. 6. you don't actually try hard enough when you think you've done a lot. 7. you haven't written down exactly what you want and the date you expect to achieve it. 8. you've never viewed yourself as the hero in your own movie and continue living as a spectator. wake up and realise everything in life is on you and if you don't act you will achieve nothing and die a total failure with regret.
