if you can run 10km without too much of a fuss i'd say your cardio is satisfactory.

if you can do 50 pushups in a single set i'd say your strength is satisfactory.

if you can do 20 pull ups in a single set i'd say that's acceptable.

if you can't do these things you need to improve... you need to be much stronger and fitter than the average person.

go to bed earlier, never drink alcohol more than once a week, start having vegetable juice daily, omelettes everyday, salmon and rice everyday... stretch every night before bed slowly and thoroughly to combat injuries and fatigue. Limit coffees to 2 per day max.

Or you could just take a shortcut and start doing meth. Just saying. Builds muscle and you’ll always be at the top of your game

Hard training while on meth and vitamins is the way to get ahead. Almost worked for the Nazis: one of the reasons they got so far while being so outnumbered was because many soldiers were using meth, even Hitler and JFK used it

This is retarded. The reason why the allies burned German fitness literature was so that they would never have to face a nation of healthy Aryans intent on murdering them again. This entire "meth" prose sounds like a kike trick to me, you'll have to try a hell of a lot more than that to influence anyone into poisoning their flesh.

no but you should keep some "ripped freak" on hand. its a fat burner that turns you into a fucking machine. 2 caps gave me super endurance and energy for 10 hours. when i ran so far i ran out of breath it didnt even hurt. my brain wanted to go even though my body couldnt. im sure its not good for you but in an emergency it might help keep you alive

I've had the exact opposite experience when I was on that drug. After being awake for 3 days I lost a ton of weight including muscle mass and could barely walk around without feeling pain in my feet, thighs and buttocks. Absolutely dreadful physical feeling. At the time I was working out and enjoyed having the muscle but the meth took it all away. That's why I stopped. It came down to: what's more important? Being high or being healthy?
