We need a solid legal contract we can present to employers who require their employees, by company policy, to take the COVID vaccine as a requisite of their employment. The contract should state that since they are requiring employees to undergo a medical treatment (not a vaccine because there is no pathogen in them) that can harm them in the near and long term and, since there is no requirement of law to obtain such a treatment, that the company should bear all legal and medical costs should the employee be harmed by the treatment. Without a law in force to require such a treatment, the company is asking you to risk life and limb for an arbitrary policy that has not shown to be effective or required. We need to use such an instrument to get employers to back down from such employment requisites by making them fear monetary accountability.
I think it will be effective on most companies as they will not be in a position to challenge it legally, but large corporations will be better equipped to challenge it. Still, the effectiveness of such an instrument of law will not be lost if challenged. It will get attention and bring the unlawful policies to light and give the corporations bad optics if they won't pony up their money in the event that their employees are harmed or killed by the experimental mRNA treatments. People have a human right to the sanctity of their own bodies. We could argue that the policies they enact for the virus could lead to slippery slope scenarios of the future where corporations play eugenics for money. That should bring this issue to a bigger stage since it could be argued that it would be used against the leftists by right-leaning companies to enforce medical discrimination. Use the left's own tricks against them.
Is there anyone on Poal, say lawfags, who can add some legal discussion to this idea and give it the mass it needs to become a thing? Even if it can't gain critical mass as a legal instrument, it can still be used as a blunt instrument to force the use of corporate policy as medical tyranny into the public space where it will become a shit show. Corporations hate shit shows when they are aimed at them so I think this could be a positive step for pushing back on the authoritarian medical tyranny some people are frothing at the mouth to have implemented. If we can't stop the laws on forced COVID treatments, then we can make the idea as unpalatable as possible while buying us some time to get the next blunt instrument ready to blow.
Will this work?
